GamerMuscle is one of my favorite sources for sim racing related videos, especially his pieces with the Oculus Rift. This time, he decided to take a look at the Mazda 787B, released by Patrik Sander for Assetto Corsa.
The Mazda 787B was a collaborative effort, featuring the work of not only Patrik, but also David Dominguez and elMariachi90. This was a highly awaited mod, with many followers of the progress over the past 7 months. I feel the wait is worth it, how about you?
As of right now, Patrik is also hard at work, bringing the Porsche 962C to life in Assetto Corsa. So far, it is looking quite great! It is awesome, seeing him passionate in bringing this (generally overlooked) content to us, and I’m excited to see what he brings out in the future.
I feel this piece by GamerMuscle was definitely a solid one, especially with the “blur” effect. I feel that, while it may not be intentional, it gives an added sensation of speed to the car. I agree with most of what he said. The interior sounds are definitely solid, however, I feel the exterior sounds need some work.
